Geode subforums issue

Recommended Posts

First of all, what an awesome theme this is!!! Loving it!

The subforums have the same issues as on some other themes we have here. It is hard to describe but I will attach some screenies so you can see the difference.

Some themes here are working good, but most of them don't.

The first screenie is from Geode and you can see how the subforums are messed up when containing unread topics.

The second screenie is from the Springfling theme and the subforums show up great.

The forums with the "bullets" in front of the designers contain new topics. As you can see in the Spring fling theme the bullets do not cause a mess, biut in the geode theme they clearly do. Most of the themes here have this problem, Would love to see this resolved?

.ipsDataItem_subList li {
	margin-right: 0px !important;
	float: left;
	width: 36%;
	min-width: 80px;
}

html[dir="ltr"] .ipsDataItem_subList {
    padding-top: 22px;
    padding-left: 0px !important;
}

html[dir="rtl"] .ipsDataItem_subList li {
	float: right;
	margin-left: 0 !important;
	margin-right: 0 !important;
}

.ipsDataItem_subList li a {
	color: {theme="text_color"};
	{prefix="transition" value="0.4s all ease-in"}
	text-overflow: ellipsis;
	white-space: nowrap;
	max-width: 50%;
	overflow: hidden;
	display: inline-block;
	vertical-align: text-top;
	padding: 0 0 7px;
	}

add this code into custom.css for now see if improves the subforum look if does i will add this to the themes.

The funny thing is that the Spring Fling theme as an example is looking great! And the way it should look!
