I am looking someone to step in and help deal with all ticket support to all me deal all updates during the periods IPS do minor or major upgrades.

The basic requirements are need fully understand the support ticket system used in Nexus, also good understand of IPS Suite do real coding knowledge is needed but if have that bonus, this role is support level 1 answering any issues around errors or questions on themes we provided.

If the ticket requires billing or coding items this be highlighted to myself and deal with any issues on daily basis. 

Please note this not paid role but any one wish to apply can send me PM highlighting any knowledge and I will speak them about for payment.
